Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Palm Scan Problems

My scan keeps failing

  • Make sure you have good even lighting with no shadows across your hand

  • Hold your palm flat, fully open, and steady

  • Your whole palm needs to be in frame

  • Try a different spot with better lighting

My registration was rejected

  • Common reasons are blurry images, poor lighting, hand out of frame, or something on the palm like paint, tape, or markings

  • Follow the in-app prompts to try again. There's no penalty for retrying.


2. Verification Issues

QR code expired

  • Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Refresh the consent page to get a new one then scan again.

Page not redirecting after verification

  • Check your palm scan completed successfully in the app

  • Try refreshing the partner platform's page

  • Still stuck? Reach out below.

Link opened in Instagram, LINE, or Facebook and not working

Verified but platform still shows unverified

  • Wait a moment and refresh the page. If it's still showing wrong, contact that platform's support or reach out to us.

Getting a "Failed to get nonce" error

  • This is a network issue on your end. Switch between WiFi and mobile data and try again. Make sure your connection is stable.

Getting a "Session expired" or "Authentication window closed" error

  • Close the page and start fresh. Complete the verification in one go as sessions expire after 10 minutes.


3. Account Issues

Not receiving my login code

  • Check spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you're using the right email address

Lost access to my registered email

  • You can still log in using your palm scan. To update your email go to Profile, then Account Settings, then Personal Information. You'll receive a confirmation code to your new email to complete the change.

How do I delete my account?

  • Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. There's a 90-day grace period during which you can reactivate. After that, all data is permanently deleted.

Can I change my registered email?

  • Yes. Go to Profile > Account Settings > Personal Information and update your email. You'll receive a code to confirm the change.


4. Download Issues

I can't download the app in my country

The VeryAI app is currently not available in:

  • iOS - Belarus, Russia, Venezuela, Mainland China

  • Android - Belarus, China, France, Russia, Venezuela
