A retry is not the same as a restriction
Retryable scan issue
Messages such as Please try again usually mean the scan could not be completed or compared reliably. Common causes include:
Blur or movement
Poor or uneven lighting
Part of the palm outside the frame
More than one hand in the frame
Something covering or obscuring the palm
A network or session error
Follow the in-app guidance and retry once the issue is corrected.
Registration or account restriction
A restriction means VeryAI could not safely complete registration or allow the account to continue without further review. The app may show Account Restricted, Registration rejected, or another specific message. VeryAI does not publish the detailed rules or thresholds used by its fraud and abuse-prevention systems because doing so would make them easier to bypass.
What to do
Read the complete message shown in the app.
Do not create another account.
Do not repeatedly submit the same capture if the app does not offer a retry.
Check that you are using the latest VeryAI app on a supported device.
Contact Support if the message says review is required or does not provide a next step.
When contacting Support, include:
The email address registered to the account
The exact message or error code
Your phone model and operating system version
Your app version
The approximate time of the attempt
The partner platform involved, if any
What happens during review
Support may check registration status, capture diagnostics, and security signals connected to the attempt. A review does not guarantee that the account or registration will be approved. VeryAI may need to keep a restriction in place to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce its Terms.
If a partner platform made the final access or eligibility decision, contact that partner directly.
