VeryAI is a biometric identity and AI verification platform. We use palm scans to verify real humans and help platforms verify that AI agents are owned by real people.

Is VeryAI an airdrop platform?
No. We're an identity verification platform. We help platforms know their users are real humans. That's our focus and we're proud of it. Any accounts or messages claiming we have a token or airdrop are not affiliated with us.

Does VeryAI have a token or contract address?
No. We haven't launched any token, coin, or on-chain asset. Any contract address or token claiming to be VeryAI is not from us. Please don't send funds or connect your wallet to anything claiming to be VeryAI.

Is there a VRY or VERY token?
No. Any token using our name or branding is not from us.

Does VeryAI have a referral program?
Not right now.

Can I earn rewards by using VeryAI?
VeryAI doesn't offer rewards directly. Some partner platforms may offer their own incentives to verified users. Check with them directly for details.

Someone DM'd me about a VeryAI airdrop or referral. Is it real?
No. VeryAI does not run airdrops or referral programs. If someone reached out to you about one it is a scam. Don't engage, don't click any links, and don't share personal information.

Where can I find official VeryAI information?

Do I need to register my palm every time?
No. Register once and use it on any platform that integrates VeryAI.

Can I use just one palm?
Both palms are needed for first-time registration.
​

My scan keeps failing. What should I do?
Try better lighting, keep your palm flat and steady, and make sure the whole palm is in frame. See Troubleshooting for more.

Why was my registration rejected?
Usually blurry images, poor lighting, hand out of frame, or markings or objects on the palm. Follow the in-app prompts to try again. There's no penalty.

Can I have more than one account?
No. One palm, one account.
​

I verified on one platform. Do I need to verify again on another?
Yes, but you don't need to re-register. Just go through the verification flow on the new platform.

I registered in the app but don't have a Discord role. Why?
These are two separate steps. Go to the verify channel in your Discord server, click the button, and scan the QR code with your VeryAI app.

My verification link expired.
Click the button again to get a new one. Links last 15 minutes.

The link isn't working on my phone.
Open it in Safari or Chrome, not inside the Discord app.

I lost access to my email.
You can still log in using your palm scan. To update your email go to Profile, then Account Settings, then Personal Information. You'll receive a confirmation code to your new email to complete the change.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Account Settings and tap Delete your account. You have 90 days to change your mind.

Does VeryAI store palm photos?
No. Images are deleted immediately. Only the encrypted code is kept and it can't be reversed.

What do partner platforms see?
A unique identifier tied to that platform and a confirmation that you're verified. Nothing else.

Where can I see my verification history?
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap Activity.

I found a security vulnerability. What do I do?

What is ClawKey?
VeryAI's AI agent verification product. It lets agents prove they're owned by a verified human. More at clawkey.ai.

What is AG9?

VeryAI's product for real-time agent action authorization. Where ClawKey proves a human owns an agent, AG9 proves that human approved a specific action. More at ag9.ai.

Can I use VeryAI without an email?
Yes, if you're integrating via the Native SDK. The SDK does not collect email by default - users verify by palm only. Email bypass can be enabled for your integration if needed.

What languages does the Native SDK support?
The Native SDK supports English, Chinese (Simplified, Traditional, Hong Kong), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipino, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Greek, Latvian, Persian, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Lao, Sinhala, and English (India).
