Privacy isn't an afterthought at VeryAI. It's the whole point. We built the platform around the idea that you shouldn't have to give up your personal data just to prove you're a real human.
What Happens When You Scan Your Palm
When you scan your palm, VeryAI converts it into a secure digital code. The image is deleted immediately after. The code is encrypted and stored separately from your account and it can't be reversed back into a picture of your hand.
We never keep a photo of your palm. Ever.
What We Store and What We Don't
What | Kept? | Why |
Palm image | No, deleted immediately | We only need the code |
Secure palm code | Yes, encrypted | Used to recognise you when you verify |
Account ID | Yes | A random ID with no personal info |
Email address | Only if you provided one | For login and account communications |
Device information | No, never leaves your phone | Used locally to help with scanning |
Verification history | Timestamps only, up to 3 years | For security and fraud prevention |
What Partner Platforms See
When you verify through a partner platform they receive:
A unique code tied to that platform only
A confirmation that you're verified and a timestamp
That's it. They never see your palm code, your email, or anything about your activity on other platforms. Each platform gets a completely different code for you so there's no way for them to track you across services.
š All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256+). Your palm code is stored in a separate, isolated database. Only authorised systems can access biometric data. VeryAI is SOC 2 certified for privacy and iBeta certified for biometric accuracy.
