What Happens Next
Grace period (up to 90 days)
Your account is deactivated straight away. You can no longer log in or verify through partner platforms but your data is still there. You can reactivate any time during this period.
Permanent deletion (after 90 days)
Your palm code, registration records, and account data are all permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Partner platforms will no longer be able to verify you. Note that pseudonymous transaction records containing only your anonymous ID, timestamps, and non-biometric data may be retained for up to 3 years for legal, audit, and fraud prevention purposes.
💡 Even if you never request deletion your biometric data is automatically removed after 3 years of inactivity.
Changed Your Mind?
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap Reactivate my account. Everything will be restored as long as you're still within the 90-day window. After that your data is gone and you'd need to start a new account from scratch.
What Gets Deleted
Your encrypted palm code, palm registration records, and account info including your email.
What Is Retained
Pseudonymous transaction records may be kept for up to 3 years for legal, audit, and fraud prevention purposes. These contain only your anonymous account ID, timestamps, and non-biometric data never your palm data or personal information.
