Palm registration is a one-time process. Once it's done, you can verify on any platform that uses VeryAI without going through registration again.
Step 1 - Get Started
Open the app. Tap Get started if you're new, or Sign in if you already have an account.
Step 2 - Continue with Email
Enter your email address and tap Continue. A 6-digit code will be sent to your inbox. Enter it to proceed.
⚠️ Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there tap Resend. Make sure you're using the correct email address.
Step 3 - Review and Accept
A screen will explain how your palm data is used. Tap Accept and continue to proceed, or Cancel to exit.
Step 4 - Learn How to Scan
The app will show you how to position your palm using the back camera, then how to move your fingers to connect the dots on screen. Tap Continue then Scan palm when ready.
💡 Use good lighting and make sure your whole palm fills the frame.
Step 5 - Scan Both Palms
The app scans one palm at a time. Hold your palm flat and open facing the rear camera. You'll see dots appear on screen, slowly bring your fingers together until the dots connect. Once the first palm is done you'll see a Scan complete screen, then follow the prompt to scan your other hand.
❌ Something went wrong? If you see a "Please try again" message, tap Try again. Make sure your palm is fully visible, the lighting is good, and your hand is close enough to the camera.

Step 6 - You're All Set
Once both palms are scanned you'll see an Account created screen. Tap Continue and your Palm verified card will appear. You're ready to verify on any partner platform.
One Palm, One Account
Your palm can only be linked to one VeryAI account. If you try to register a palm that's already tied to an account, the app will ask you to sign in instead. If your account is in the deletion grace period you can reactivate it from the app your data is still intact for up to 90 days.
🔒 Palm images are not stored. We only keep the secure digital code, which cannot be reversed into an image of your hand.
