Your data belongs to you. VeryAI gives you full control over it and you can exercise that control at any time.
Your Right to Delete
You can delete your palm data at any time from Account Settings in the app. Your data is held for 90 days before permanent deletion in case you change your mind. After that it's gone permanently and can't be recovered. You can re-enroll any time by scanning your palm again.
What About Past Verifications?
Deleting your palm doesn't delete records of past verifications. Transaction records containing only your pseudonymous account ID, timestamps, and non-biometric info may be kept for up to 3 years for legal, audit, and fraud prevention purposes.
Automatic Deletion
Even if you never request deletion, your biometric data is automatically removed after 3 years of inactivity. We don't hold onto data we don't need.
How VeryAI Uses Your Data
VeryAI uses your data to run and maintain the service, protect against fraud and enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations. VeryAI never uses your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

VeryAI is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. If you're in the EU, Illinois, or California you may have additional rights under GDPR, BIPA, or CCPA including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
